what i want to know is this: is my brain really so unchallenged by life that it can so easily get addicted to every single new internet/iphone game that pops up? seriously? i have a master’s degree! why am i playing a game that catapults angry birds across a screen? or a game with a little doodled alien jumping from plank to plank? or talking carl, of all things?! o how the mighty are fallen.
p.s. that being said… does anyone know how to beat level 7 on angry birds?
Knowing my son, I have purposely avoided Angry Birds … but around here it’s Cut the Rope that’s all the rage!
LOL I got that feeling over the holidays, watching a bunch of adults sitting around cracking codes and passing bonus levels on their childrens’ mind-numbing computer games… but the cool thing about kids is that you can always write it off as family time. Before you get kids… sheesh… doing fun and random things DOES feel like a petty addiction! it sucks! It’s hard to have fun without feeling guilty! is this why people have kids? So they can have fun without feeling guilty??? hmm….
